Our selenite wands are ideal for reiki, meditation, aura cleansing and clearing energy.

Selenite is a crystallized form of Gypsum named after Selene, an ancient moon goddess and lithos meaning stone, because it was believed to wax and wane with the moon.

Selenite has a very high vibration, yet it is a calming stone, instilling deep peace and serenity. Psychologically it will assist your judgement and insight, mentally it will clear away confusion, allowing you to see the whole picture. It may help with the skin, the spine and fertility issues as well.

This is an ideal crystal for aura cleansing, Reiki and contacting the angelic realms in meditation. Since it doesn't hold onto negative energies, it is also excellent in clearing other stones. You only need to set a crystal on Selenite for five minutes to cleanse and recharge the piece. We clear and recharge jewelry and gems on our selenite slabs here at the studio (and at home too!). Make sure not to get your selenite wet, as it can dissolve in water.
